Currently, we only ship to the contiguous United States including Puerto Rico and Guam. Orders over $100 pre-tax receive complimentary shipping. All orders are shipped from our studio in Atlanta, GA. Orders will be processed Monday – Friday, except on major holidays. Orders will ship within 3-5 business days via USPS, unless otherwise stated*. However, if there is an issue, please bring it to our attention so we can make it right. Because some of our products are sensitive to heat, we take every precaution to make sure your products arrive in perfect condition. Please be mindful that our butters may melt and cause the texture to change in certain climates. If this occurs, please set in a cool, dry place so it can solidify and it will not lose any of its intended effectiveness.
