We currently ship to the contiguous United States, Puerto Rico, and Guam. Enjoy complimentary shipping on all orders over $125 (before tax). Order Processing All orders are processed and shipped from our studio in Atlanta, GA, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders are typically shipped within 3-5 business days unless otherwise specified. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed within 2-3 business days following the next business day. Tracking + Delays Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information to monitor your delivery. Please note: Once a package is in the hands of the courier, transit times are outside of our control. If your package is delayed, lost, or stuck in transit, we kindly ask that you allow up to 10 full business days before reaching out. After this window, we’re more than happy to assist you in resolving the issue or issuing a replacement, if necessary. Incorrect Address Disclaimer Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Lamb & Honey is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout. If your order is returned to us due to an address error, reshipping fees will apply. We appreciate your patience and grace as we ensure your order arrives safely and with love. |

At Lamb & Honey, every product is prayerfully made, hand-poured, and crafted with care. Because our products are made in small batches with natural ingredients, slight variations in color, texture, or scent are completely normal—and a beautiful reminder of their artisanal nature. Product Care + Considerations Our whipped body soufflés are heat-sensitive. During warmer months, texture changes or melting may occur in transit. If this happens, place your item in a cool, dry place (like the fridge) for up to 120 minutes to solidify. This won’t affect product quality, fragrance, or effectiveness.
