SHIPPING + RETURNS

We currently ship to the contiguous United States, Puerto Rico, and Guam. Enjoy complimentary shipping on all orders over $125 (before tax).

Order Processing
All orders are processed and shipped from our studio in Atlanta, GA, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders are typically shipped within 3-5 business days via USPS unless otherwise specified. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed within 2-3 business days following the next business day.

Tracking & Delays
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor the delivery. Please note that once your package is in the hands of the courier, we have no control over transit times or delays.

If your shipment is delayed, we kindly ask that you wait up to 10 days before reaching out to confirm its arrival. After this period, we’ll be happy to assist you and, if necessary, send a replacement package to your doorstep.

At Lamb and Honey, we want you to love every product you receive. Each item is handcrafted and hand-poured, so slight variations in color or texture are completely natural. However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to help and make it right.

Product Care & Considerations
Many of our products are sensitive to heat, and while we take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, temperature changes during transit may cause butters to melt or alter in texture. If this happens, simply place the product in a cool, dry area to solidify. Rest assured, this does not impact its effectiveness or quality.

Returns & Satisfaction
If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your package by emailing hello@lambandhoney.com. Remember to share your name, order number and email used when placing the order in addition to any details about the issue so we can assess and find a prompt resolution.
