SHIPPING + RETURNS
Currently, we only ship to the contiguous United States including Puerto Rico and Guam. Orders over $100 pre-tax receive complimentary shipping.
All orders are shipped from our studio in Atlanta, GA. Orders will be processed Monday – Friday, except on major holidays. Orders will ship within 3-5 business days via USPS, unless otherwise stated*. Orders placed on holidays and weekends will be processed the following 2-3 business days.
*Please Note: Due to COVID-19, all shipping will occur via UPS to avoid extreme shipping delays until further notice or otherwise indicated.
|RETURNS, REFUNDS + EXCHANGES|
Our goal is to ensure you love our products. Each of our products are handmade and hand poured which can sometimes yield a slight color or texture variation. However, if there is an issue, please bring it to our attention so we can make it right.
Because some of our products are sensitive to heat, we take every precaution to make sure your products arrive in perfect condition. Please be mindful that our butters may melt and cause the texture to change in certain climates. If this occurs, please set in a cool, dry place so it can solidify and it will not lose any of its intended effectiveness.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, email us within 72 hours to firstname.lastname@example.org so we may assess the problem.
